Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Member Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for community members, ensuring an exceptional co-working experience.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their business needs and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Organize networking events, workshops, and community-building activities.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Space Management & Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Ensure the space is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and IT support for operational efficiency.
  • Implement community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive workspace environment.

Space Management & Operations

  • Ensure the space is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and IT support for operational efficiency.

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote Bootstart’s co-working solutions to potential clients and give space tours.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive membership growth.
  • Work with corporate clients to facilitate customized workspace solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, membership, and community engagement activities.

Brand Representation & Marketing

  • Represent Bootstart at industry events, networking meets, and online forums.
  • Contribute to social media and marketing campaigns by capturing community moments.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to enhance community offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in community management, hospitality, co-working, or event management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
