Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Executive with at least 1 year of experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or a related service industry. This role combines client acquisition & retention with day-to-day operations management of the coworking space. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the center while driving occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Handle walk-in inquiries, site visits, and convert leads into members
  • Support sales targets by closing deals for private cabins, open desks, and meeting rooms
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
  • Build relationships with existing members to drive renewals and referrals

Operations:

  • Oversee daily functioning of the coworking center (cleanliness, internet, security, supplies)
  • Act as the first point of contact for members and resolve queries promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with Bootstart’s SOPs and service standards
  • Support community-building activities and client engagement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
