Role Overview

Instagram Intern

Key Responsibilities (Mon - Fri  – 3 PM to 7 PM)

• Actively engage with relevant Instagram hashtags and profiles through likes, comments, and follows.
• Reshare Banglai’s content via DMs and tag relevant creators to boost visibility.
• Identify and reach out to potential collaborators from similar niches (regional tech/AI creators).
• Post daily interactive stories and update Instagram Notes with engaging content.
• Track and report daily engagement metrics and outreach efforts.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for social media, Instagram, and online communities
• Comfort with writing

  Bengali (typing)

  + understanding of regional content tone
• Ability to follow structured tasks daily and track progress
• Curious mindset with a willingness to

  engage with new creators & audiences

• Good communication skills — especially over DMs
• Strong sense of accountability and consistency
