Job Description

As the Community Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational efforts of the Front Office and Guest Relation executives. Your role will involve ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed to provide a full range of services to visitors and employees in a prompt and professional manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the Front Office and coaching staff to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors. You will be expected to greet VIP clients/visitors, provide special services for VIP guests, and assist with self-check-ins. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with various departments to address concerns and maintain Front Office functions properly. You will be required to handle complaints and feedback from clients/visitors, ensure cleanliness and functionality of the lobby and public areas, and manage the performance of Front Office executives and Experience Ambassadors. Participation in emergency evacuation procedures, development of necessary policies and procedures, and preparation of reports for internal/external audits are also part of your responsibilities. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills include computer knowledge, verbal/written communication skills, vendor/people management, planning, and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
