Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role located in Gurugram. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the company's online community, creating and curating relevant content, responding to community inquiries, and fostering relationships with community members. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, providing feedback and insights to the marketing team, and organizing virtual and in-person events to promote community engagement.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools

• Experience in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

We’re looking for a sharp, social-savvy Community Manager to lead ThriveCo’s online presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, Quora, and other buzzing open forums.

What You’ll Own:

• Create Conversations, Not Just Content – Spark authentic, brand-aligned engagement on Meta, Reddit, Quora, and open forums.

• Turn Comments Into Conversions – Respond with empathy, wit, and clarity across our comment sections, DMs, and product reviews.
• 
  
• Track the Buzz – Monitor chatter, sentiment, and trends across platforms. Use insights to sharpen communication.
• 
  
• Collaborate with Marketing – Work with content, performance, and product teams to amplify campaigns and bring the brand voice alive.
• 
  
• Build Community, Not Just Followers – Launch initiatives, reply with meaning, and turn users into loyalists.

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years managing communities across platforms
• 
  
• Excellent written communication with the ability to sound human and helpful
• 
  
• Proven ability to manage trolls, trolls-in-disguise, and all things internet
• 
  
• Obsessed with forums, threads, and digital subcultures
• 
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or D2C brands
