 About The Role  
Title:3561:Communications Sr Analyst
 The Senior Analyst in People Engagement (PE) will support the PE Lead with execution, tracking, and reporting of people communications and engagement initiatives across APAC. This role is crucial for driving people engagement at scale, amplifying key people and business messages, and enabling the APAC PE team with assets, reusable communications, key messages, toolkits, etc.  
 
Key Responsibilities  
Assist the PE Leads to develop and deliver people communications aligned with Business and People priorities. Collaborate with PE Business Partners, M+C teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to activate approved messaging. Assist in creating content for Viva Engage, display screens, and Good Morning Accenture in consultation with the PE lead. Monitor and report on engagement metrics, synthesizing MU data for easy reading and action by PE leads. Proficiency in Co-pilot, MS Excel, and Adobe Analytics is required. Maintain and update communication channels to ensure accessibility and relevance. Help manage the scale of communication and create consolidated views for the PE lead to bring all MUs together across dashboards and content hubs. Participate in global PE calls and help activate functional playbooks and process documentation. Provide backup support during team members' downtime, especially in ANZ and India during crises. .  Skills &
Qualifications  
Strong writing and editing skills for various formats (social, headlines, etc.). Comfortable to experiment using Gen AI to create efficiencies for the team, especially to consolidate and report work Experience in internal communications, marketing, or employee engagement. Proficiency working with Gen AI tools for day-to-day working and creating content collaterals (e.g., Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Clipchamp, Adobe Express, Canva etc). Program Management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams.  Education & Experience  

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.

 Collaboration & Reporting  
Works closely with the People Comms Delivery team, Canvas, HR, CS&S teams, and M+C Experiences. Supports PE Business Partners with tools, training, and insights to drive communications effectiveness.  Qualification
