• Translate complex questionnaires into advanced survey scripts with dynamic logic, routing, and display rules.
• Estimate timelines for test link delivery and communicate progress to Project Managers.
• Conduct comprehensive link testing and validate logic accuracy, display consistency, and user experience.
• Coordinate dry runs with internal teams and ensure all feedback is tracked and implemented.
• Generate dummy data sets for DP validation and support issue resolution.
• Update surveys based on client inputs, maintaining version control and change documentation.
• Configure quotas, demographic splits, and sample partner integrations.
• Participate in SL and FL data validation checks alongside QA and DP teams.
• Identify opportunities for scripting efficiency and contribute to template enhancements.
• Support onboarding of new team members by sharing platform best practices and QA protocols.

Your Day-to-Day Deliverables will include:

• Scripting full surveys with skip logic, branching, piping, and UX consistency.
• Reviewing questionnaire logic to flag inconsistencies or optimization opportunities.
• Executing internal QA and dry run tests, and documenting defects and resolutions.
• Managing feedback loops from clients and internal reviewers.
• Delivering validated test links to project leads and QA for review.
• Adjusting quotas and sample links as per target specifications.
• Validating SL data and resolving issues prior to full deployment.
• Ensuring project documentation and naming conventions are properly maintained.
• Escalating technical issues and platform-related bugs to Leads or Managers.
• Mentoring junior programmers on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

• A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Market Research, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in survey scripting, testing, and online research delivery.
• Proficiency in tools like Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics, or Dimensions.
• A solid understanding of complex logic, quota setup, user experience design, and error handling in surveys.
• The ability to work independently and serve as a quality checkpoint for junior programmers.
