Communications Sr Analyst

As a Senior Analyst in People Engagement (PE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PE Lead with the execution, tracking, and reporting of people communications and engagement initiatives across APAC. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering people communications aligned with Business and People priorities, collaborating with various teams to activate approved messaging, creating content for different platforms, monitoring engagement metrics, and maintaining communication channels. Additionally, you will participate in global PE calls, provide backup support during crises, and work on consolidating views for the PE lead. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver people communications aligned with Business and People priorities. - Collaborate with various teams to activate approved messaging. - Create content for Viva Engage, display screens, and Good Morning Accenture. - Monitor and report on engagement metrics using Co-pilot, MS Excel, and Adobe Analytics. - Maintain and update communication channels. - Help manage the scale of communication and create consolidated views. - Participate in global PE calls and activate functional playbooks. - Provide backup support during team members" downtime, especially in ANZ and India during crises. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong writing and editing skills for various formats. - Comfortable using Gen AI tools to create efficiencies. - Experience in internal communications, marketing, or employee engagement. - Proficiency in working with Gen AI tools like Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Clipchamp, Adobe Express, Canva, etc. - Program Management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. - Minimum 12 months of relevant experience. - Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus. Collaboration & Reporting: - Works closely with the People Comms Delivery team, Canvas, HR, CS&S teams, and M+C Experiences. - Supports PE Business Partners with tools, training, and insights to drive communications effectiveness.,
