Role Overview: As a Senior Communications Manager at Shiv Nadar School Core Office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing content production and delivery, team management, stakeholder coordination, design execution, and content management. Your responsibilities will include creating, reviewing, and supervising various collaterals, collaborating with campus teams and stakeholders, managing a team of content writers and designers, and leading design efforts using tools like Canva. Key Responsibilities: - Create, review, and supervise the production of newsletters, websites, brochures, and internal communication materials - Collaborate closely with campus teams and stakeholders to transform inputs into engaging content and visuals while maintaining brand voice and visual identity - Manage a team of content writers, designers, and freelancers to ensure timely project delivery and provide mentorship on design tools and content trends - Oversee daily operations of the creative function, including briefs, approvals, timelines, and feedback cycles - Liaise with departments across campuses to accurately represent events, achievements, and initiatives - Lead design efforts using tools like Canva and guide the team on layout, formatting, and asset creation - Drive the execution of merchandise in alignment with brand guidelines and provide support for on-ground events - Utilize AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to enhance visual and copy output - Navigate ERP systems for workflow tracking and documentation - Monitor and report on basic content performance metrics to support ongoing refinement efforts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field - At least 10 years of experience in communication and content delivery roles, including managing creative teams - Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite - Working knowledge of AI tools and ERP platforms - Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solution-driven approach are essential for success in this position,
