Join Our Team at Johori! We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Communications Executive to join our growing team at Johori, a leading jewelry brand. As a Communications Executive, you will primarily focus on managing and enhancing the brand’s communication strategies, both internally and externally, to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Public Relations : Support media outreach efforts, fostering strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to increase Johori’s media presence and promote brand initiatives. Marketplace Communication: Manage daily communication with brand managers on various online marketplaces (such as Nykaa, Pernia's, etc.). Help strategize growth initiatives, promotions, and discounts, while ensuring smooth execution of PR activities and campaign execution. Influencer & Stylist Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers and stylists in the fashion and jewelry industry to drive brand visibility. Coordinate partnerships, campaign execution, and ensure impactful collaborations. Content Creation: Craft compelling content for our website, blogs, and newsletters that aligns with Johori’s brand identity, highlighting the uniqueness and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Customer & Brand Messaging: Maintain consistent and engaging messaging across all communication channels. Foster strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, feedback, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in communications or PR, preferably in the fashion or retail sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent relationship-building skills with media, influencers, and customers. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools. Creative, strategic thinking with a passion for branding and jewelry.
