Job Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Activation Coordinator to contribute in generating sales for our company. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Part of their role involves dealing with client issues and resolving

any uncertainties.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in business.

Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them more about our services

2. Answer questions about our services or the company.

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate business prospects.

4. Enter and update customer information in the database.

5. Go the “extra mile” to meet business needs.

6. Keep notes of useful information for client interactions conducted on a daily basis.

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop strategies for new approaches.

Requirements and skills

1. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address

complaints.

4. Logical Mindset.
