NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work for the elderly and join a multidisciplinary team as Communications Executive.

Job type: Full time

Educational qualifications: Graduate in English Honours, Mass Communication or Journalism

Salary: Rs.35000/-(per month) negotiable

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in communications preferably in the NGO sector.

Responsibilities

Social Media

• To manage all the social media pages of the organization and use social media analytics for guiding key programmatic decisions in communication.
• To develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns for organization's social media pages as per a social media calendar for maximum tractions- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• To support digital fundraising with engaging stories and content.

Offline Communications

• Content development for brochures, handbills, banners and other communications collaterals.
• Coordinating with staff from different projects to create regular blog posts.
• Creating and managing the quarterly NMT newsletter.
• Creating annual reports.
• Planning and coordinating video and photo shoots as per need.
• Assisting in events for planning, and setting up
• To support general functions and responsibilities of the Communications Department.

Website Management.

• Assisting in the planning, monitoring, updating, and managing of NMT websites.
• Website analytics on a monthly basis.
• Maintain record of website edits and compiling the same for documentation and billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
