We are looking for a Communications Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and managing Glendale’s communication and brand presence across multiple platforms. Role Overview The Communications Executive will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing communication strategies across social media, digital platforms, PR, and internal channels. This role requires close collaboration with the school leadership, the marketing team, and external partners (creative agency, social media agency, PR agency). Key Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Manage Glendale’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Capturing and posting the school events on social media. Coordinate with the social media agency to plan, approve, and schedule engaging content. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Respond to parent queries, comments, and online interactions in a timely and professional manner. Creative & Brand Communications Liaise with the creative agency for ads, creatives, videos, and campaign materials. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline). Assist in conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns for admissions, events, and milestones, and sales requirments. Content Management Oversee and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance. Write/edit engaging blogs, newsletters, and parent communications. Support the development of presentations, brochures, and event collateral. Public Relations Work with PR agency to manage media outreach, press releases, and coverage. Maintain positive relationships with local and national media. Track and report on Glendale’s media visibility. Internal Communication Draft newsletters, circulars, and announcements for parents and staff. Assist with communication during school events, academic activities, and community initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications, digital marketing, or PR. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English proficiency is a must). Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital tools (Meta, LinkedIn, Canva, WordPress/CMS, Google Analytics). Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and agencies simultaneously. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand identity.
