Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing real estate deals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, presenting properties to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, prospecting, and closing deals
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong negotiation skills
• Client Management: Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate market, local property trends, and regulatory environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate experience is a plus
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
