Job Description

Key Responsibilities (offroll hiring)

- Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items and plating dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.

- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks and stock management.

- Plating and Presentation: Help with plating and presentation of dishes.

- Safety and Sanitation: Follow kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and presentation standards set by senior kitchen staff.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Cooking knowledge of minimum 3 years in South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoor, Chaat, Bakery, Shawarma.
