Job Description: Are you passionate about food and eager to develop your skills in a vibrant kitchen setting We are seeking committed and energetic Commi 2nd & 3rd to become part of our culinary team in Dehradun at the PVR INOX Mall. Experience Required: A minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Cuisine Focus: Our culinary focus revolves around Continental & Cutting preparations. As a Kitchen Commi, you will have a pivotal role in assisting the kitchen staff in daily food preparation, maintaining cleanliness standards, and presenting top-notch dishes following the instructions of senior chefs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to specified recipes - Proficiency in basic Continental cooking techniques and vegetable/meat cutting - Uphold kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the senior team in stock rotation and inventory management - Engage in continuous learning of new skills and methods under the mentorship of experienced chefs What We're Looking For: - At least 6 months of experience in a professional kitchen environment - Fundamental understanding of food preparation and kitchen procedures - Genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and a readiness to acquire new knowledge - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven atmosphere - Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays If you are prepared to elevate your culinary expertise, we are excited to receive your application!
