Skills and Qualifications 2-7 years of experience in a kitchen or pantry role. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic culinary skills and understanding of food preparation techniques. Strong communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff.
