We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis III Chef to join our kitchen team at Fresh Fusion. The role involves assisting senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, disciplined, and eager to learn professional kitchen practices. This is a great opportunity to grow your culinary skills in a healthy and creative food environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily food preparation like chopping, cutting, mixing, and basic cooking.
  • Follow recipes and instructions given by senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
  • Store ingredients properly and keep track of raw material usage.
  • Support the team during busy service hours.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic cooking knowledge and interest in learning.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication and discipline.
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.


Required Education:

  • No formal degree

    required.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is an added advantage, but not mandatory.


Working Details:

  • Working Hours: Morning 9 hours duty, 6 days a week
  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Reporting To: Commis 1 Chef
  • Start Date: Immediate


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
