Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petlad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining accounts, driving sales growth, and effectively managing business relationships. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring new customers, providing excellent customer service, creating business plans, and achieving sales targets to bolster the company's market reach and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
• Understanding of the Insurance industry and associated processes
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis platforms is preferre
• Familiarity with energy or utility industries is an advantage
