Job Title: Commercial Manager – Apparel Retail

Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Apparel / Fashion Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and business-focused Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial operations of our apparel retail brand in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, financial planning, vendor management, and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the commercial and financial performance of the retail store.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to ensure profitability.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain cost efficiency.
• Track inventory levels, control stock losses, and optimize merchandise flow.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to align business objectives.
• Analyze store sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit compliance, and financial accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and commercial performance.
• Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial / Finance / Operations Manager in Apparel or Fashion Retail.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail MIS, reporting, and financial documentation.
• Detail-oriented with sound knowledge of retail operations and inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
