Commercial leasing lead

Location: Pune | Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Commercial Leasing

Experience: 2-5 years | Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Lead to drive office space leasing transactions across prime business corridors. This role involves building strong corporate relationships,  negotiating leasing deals, and managing end-to-end transaction cycles with developers, landlords, and occupiers.

• Business Development: Identify and engage with IT/ITeS, BFSI, startups, and MNCs seeking office spaces. 

• Client Advisory Skills

• Market Intelligence: Track market trends, rental movements, upcoming supply, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

• Transaction Management: Drive leasing deals from enquiry to closure, including site visits, proposals, negotiations, and documentation support.

• Stakeholder Management: Build long-term relationships with developers, coworking operators, corporate occupiers, and channel partners.

• Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, presentations, and digital outreach for lead generation.

• Graduate/MBA with 4–8 years of proven experience in commercial real estate leasing or corporate sales.

• Strong network with corporate clients & developers in the region.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle high-value leasing transactions independently.

• Knowledge of Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai office corridors, SEZs, IT parks, and coworking ecosystems (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office and market research databases.
