🎯 What You’ll Do

As our Head of Commercial, you’ll be responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities. You will:

  • Define and execute commercial strategy across aviation, BFSI, and enterprise communication verticals.
  • Own the sales pipeline — from prospecting to deal closure and renewals.
  • Lead enterprise negotiations, pricing models, and contract management.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives at airlines, airports, BFSI institutions, and channel partners.
  • Develop partnerships with telcos, system integrators, and technology providers to expand reach.
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to align commercial goals with delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity (15below, SITA, etc.) to sharpen positioning.
  • Ensure profitable revenue growth while maintaining delivery feasibility and client satisfaction.


🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in

    enterprise sales / commercial leadership

    , ideally in

    aviation, travel tech, CPaaS/CCaaS, or BFSI solutions

    .
  • Proven track record of

    closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals

    and scaling revenue.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in airlines, airports, or BFSI sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, contracting, and commercial strategy skills.
  • Comfort with global markets — India, GCC, SEA, Europe — and willingness to travel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing commercial teams.
