Negotiate, resolve and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes Project Management: Establishing overall project plan of Data Center projects, including time schedule, scope, risk analysis and resource estimates, etc Manage day-to-day work within project directly and act as support and coordinator with other functions. Effectively manage risks on short term and long term actions Coordination with design consultants Ensure structured review along with week over week S-Curves and project management tools Develop, implement and review key project metrics including project viability , quality, safety, project budgets, schedules, deliverables, risk mitigations, communications etc Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with all local and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project with Contractors/vendors, Design teams/Consultants, Other project discipline and local government authorities, etc Act as local escalation point for issues affecting the delivery of projects and facilitate resolution of issues where support outside of the project team is required. Experience: An experienced Electrical Engineer who will have previously worked for other principal contractors or tier 1 specialist in delivering EHV, MV, LV Electrical installations for critical facilities such as - MV , HV & LV Systems & Electrical Panels , GIS /AIS, DG Sets , Transformers , UPS , Battery , Cable, Lighting , LV Power Distribution, Bus duct, Switch Socket , Point Wiring, Earthing. - Understanding of Protections & Relay Settings. - Electrical infrastructure planning and scheduling of Electrical Installations, Commissioning and acceptance, documentation and statutory compliance and approvals. Knowledge of Data Center Electrical Project Execution Guidelines & Practices.
