Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute and supervise high-rise construction using
Mivan/Aluminium formwork.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
Oversee day-to-day site activities, labor, contractors, and vendors.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Use ERP systems for reporting, material tracking, and project documentation.
Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in Mivan formwork and high-rise building construction.
Strong knowledge of civil execution, shuttering, concreting, and site safety.
Proficiency in project management tools, ERP, and MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
Good communication, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
