Civil Site Engineer

As a Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing daily operations at the construction site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing site workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Site Supervision and Management: - Oversee all on-site construction activities. - Ensure work is carried out as per approved plans, specifications, and timelines. - Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager. - Team Coordination: - Manage and direct site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. - Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders. - Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. - Quality Control: - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Identify and rectify construction defects or deviations. - Ensure proper use of materials and resources. - Safety Compliance: - Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site. - Conduct regular safety drills and training for workers. - Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used correctly. - Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage. - Document any incidents or accidents on-site. - Assist in preparing billing and measurement records for completed work. - Resource Management: - Coordinate material deliveries to avoid delays in construction. - Monitor equipment usage and maintenance. - Manage on-site inventory and prevent wastage. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in site execution is required. Freshers need not apply.
