Civil Engineer

Job Title:

• Supervise and execute

  on-site construction activities

  including slab casting, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing work.
• Prepare and verify

  BOQs, material requirements, labor schedules, and cost estimates

  .
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, laborers, and in-house teams for

  timely project delivery

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  structural, municipal, and regulatory guidelines

  (Cantonment/Nagar Nigam standards, etc.).
• Maintain

  daily progress reports (DPR)

  , material inward-outward records, and labor attendance.
• Conduct

  quality checks

  and ensure implementation of

  safety protocols

  at the site.
• Liaise with

  architects and structural engineers

  for technical clarity during execution.
• Support documentation for

  project approvals, compounding, and FAR utilization

  .
• Monitor

  material wastage

  and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Plan and supervise

  maintenance work

  for completed projects (e.g., Shri Naveen Chambers).

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  .

• 2-4 years of experience

  in real estate, commercial, or residential construction.
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site measurement tools

  .
• Strong understanding of

  construction timelines, cost control, and quality standards

  .
• Local knowledge of

  Chhindwara regulations, materials, and vendors

  (preferred).

• Project Milestone Adherence:

  95% on-time completion.

• Cost Variance:

  5% from BOQ estimates.

• Quality Compliance:

  100% defect-free delivery at handover.

• DPR Submission:

  Daily by 7:00 PM without exception.

• Material Wastage:

  3% of allocated quantity.

• Safety Compliance:

  Zero site accidents/incidents per project.
