Job Description

Job Title:

  • Design

    static creatives, brochures, banners, and social media posts

    that drive engagement.
  • Develop impactful

    collaterals and creative designs

    for digital and print campaigns.
  • Ensure

    consistent brand identity

    across all visual assets and touchpoints.
  • Deliver high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns

    within deadlines

    .
  • Collaborate with the

    motion graphics designer and content team

    to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Work on both

    social media campaigns and print media campaigns

    .

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva

    .
  • Strong creative portfolio (preferably with

    real estate or corporate design samples

    ).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with

    quick turnaround times

    .
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 10-20 creatives per week

  • Design turnaround time 24 hours

    .

  • Maintain 90%+ brand consistency

    across all designs.
