Command Center Architect

Job Title: Command Center Architect Location: Chennai, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Roles and Responsibilities: Design and optimize IT infrastructure architecture to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. Lead strategic planning and system design initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement infrastructure best practices. Evaluate, integrate, and manage monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) to enhance system visibility and performance. Provide strategic guidance on infrastructure improvements, expansions, and technology upgrades. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure management and incident response. Conduct regular infrastructure audits and performance reviews. Oversee implementation of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades. Generate and analyze reports on network performance, incident trends, and system health. Stay current with emerging IT infrastructure trends and technologies. Create architectural views (logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure & operations). Assess domain IT landscape and optimize application portfolios through gap analysis. Contribute to white papers, technical documentation, and internal knowledge bases. Ensure alignment with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) in solution design. Define system requirements addressing stakeholder and portfolio concerns. Skills Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure architecture and design. Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG). Experience with incident management and ITSM practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices. Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Experience in 24/7 operational environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and system design.
