College Outreach Executive

As a College Outreach Executive at Cloudblitz powered by Greamio Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education by building relationships with colleges, conducting seminars and workshops, and driving partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - College Outreach: Conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities at colleges. - Seminars and Workshops: Coordinate and support the execution of seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions. - Partnership Development: Assist in proposal discussions and finalization of MoUs with Training & Placement Officers and Principals. - Relationship Management: Follow up with colleges regularly to maintain strong partnerships. - Data Management: Update outreach trackers with visit logs, feedback, and outcomes. - Marketing Support: Collect photos, testimonials, and event data for internal documentation and marketing. - Promotional Campaigns: Assist in local promotional campaigns and outreach events. Qualifications required for this role: - 2-4 years of experience in TPO or College Outreach or similar roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel extensively and manage field schedules independently. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. - Fluency in English and local language (Marathi preferred).
