College Outreach Executive

As a College Outreach Executive, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with college principals, heads of departments, and Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) to promote our career grooming and guaranteed bank placement programs in collaboration with the NIIT Group. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to colleges and universities within the region, scheduling and conducting meetings with key academic decision-makers, presenting the organization's value proposition convincingly, fostering trust and long-term relationships with colleges, coordinating with internal teams to arrange orientation sessions, webinars, and campus visits, maintaining detailed records of outreach activities and outcomes, meeting monthly outreach and student enrollment targets, and representing the organization with professionalism, credibility, and integrity. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in business development, academic outreach, or institutional sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language are essential, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with senior academic stakeholders. A polished grooming and confident public speaking demeanor are required, and a willingness to travel locally for college visits and meetings is expected. This full-time, permanent position entails day shifts and may require college campus visits both within and outside of Rajasthan. The work location is in person at our office near Calgary Hospital in Malviya Nagar.
