College Outreach Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken College Outreach Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with college principals, heads of departments, and TPOs to promote our career grooming and guaranteed bank placement programs (in association with NIIT Group). Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to colleges and universities across the region Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, college directors, and TPOs Present the organization's value proposition clearly and persuasively Build trust and long-term relationships with academic decision-makers Coordinate with internal teams to organize orientation sessions, webinars, and campus visits Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, meetings, and outcomes Meet monthly outreach and student enrollment targets Represent the organization with professionalism, credibility, and integrity Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, academic outreach, or institutional sales (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with senior academic stakeholders Polished grooming and confident public speaking abilities Willingness to travel locally for college visits and meetings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): We are located in Malviya Nagar near Calgary Hospital.
