College Outreach Executive

As a College Outreach Executive at our organization, your role will involve initiating and nurturing relationships with college principals, heads of departments, and TPOs to promote our career grooming and guaranteed bank placement programs in association with NIIT Group. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to colleges and universities across the region - Scheduling and conducting meetings with principals, college directors, and TPOs - Presenting the organization's value proposition clearly and persuasively - Building trust and long-term relationships with academic decision-makers - Coordinating with internal teams to organize orientation sessions, webinars, and campus visits - Maintaining detailed records of outreach efforts, meetings, and outcomes - Meeting monthly outreach and student enrollment targets - Representing the organization with professionalism, credibility, and integrity To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in business development, academic outreach, or institutional sales (preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with senior academic stakeholders - Polished grooming and confident public speaking abilities - Willingness to travel locally for college visits and meetings Please note that this job involves full-time, permanent work with day shifts. Additionally, you should be open to commuting to our location in Malviya Nagar near Calgary Hospital and be willing to travel for college campus visits in Rajasthan and other locations as required.,
