Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Counsellors who will speak with students and their parents over the phone to explain the benefits of our career grooming and guaranteed placement program in the banking sector , run in association with the NIIT Group . This is a non-field, office-based role perfect for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students towards career success. Key Responsibilities: Call students and parents from our database to explain the training and placement program Clearly communicate program features, benefits, duration, and career outcomes Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and with empathy Build interest and encourage walk-ins or online enrollment Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes Work closely with counselors and team leads to meet weekly and monthly targets Requirements: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or counseling preferred Strong verbal communication skills Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls Good listener with the ability to build rapport quickly Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-up tracking Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): This will be full time, on site role.
