Job Description

Believe is looking for a dedicated Administrator to support the daily operations of our Collective Rights Management team. This role is well-suited for individuals eager to develop their skills in rights management, focusing on metadata coordination, routine declarations, and communication with rights holders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily rights operations, including collecting and managing metadata related to neighboring rights and mechanical reproduction rights.
Maintain accurate and organized rights data in internal systems, ensuring completeness and consistency.
Support the declaration of rights, sales, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, rights holders, and external partners regarding rights status and inquiries.
Assist in resolving routine rights conflicts and discrepancies.
Support the team in improving metadata quality and operational workflows.
Maintain organized records of rights declarations, sales, and payments.

Qualifications

Good command of English (spoken and written).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including familiarity with data management and simple functions.
Strong communication and coordination ski
