Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Bhiwadi. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage collection processes to ensure timely loan recoveries, maintain excellent customer relationships, and achieve collection targets. Responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, implementing collection strategies, providing leadership to the collections team, preparing performance and compliance reports, and resolving customer disputes effectively. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance in collections.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes, strategies, and compliance regulations
• Experience in leadership, team management, and building a motivated team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Analytical skills for generating and interpreting reports to meet collection targets
• Proficiency in using tools and software for reporting and process management
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or a related sector is a strong advantage
