Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Collections Manager located in Ernakulam. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding payments from customers, managing a team of collection agents, analyzing delinquent accounts, and implementing collection strategies to enhance revenue recovery.
