Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Field Collections (Bucket X)

Handle
Bucket X early delinquency
accounts for Auto Loans.
Visit customers for overdue recovery and settlement discussions.
Ensure timely follow-up, field visits, and account closures.

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage field collection agencies and allocate cases.
Monitor agency performance, productivity, and compliance.
Resolve escalated cases & provide guidance to agency field executives.

Portfolio Management

Track delinquency trends and high-risk accounts.
Aim to reduce roll-forward cases from X 1 bucket.
Analyze customer repayment behaviour and propose corrective action.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure collection practices follow RBI guidelines.
Maintain documentation, settlement proofs, and field visit reports.
Follow bank’s code of conduct and regulatory mandates.

Reporting & MIS

Maintain daily collection MIS and portfolio dashboards.
Update system with visit remarks, recovery status & follow-up notes.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate with
2–6 years
experience in
Auto Loan / Vehicle Loan / Retail Loan Collections
.
Strong experience in
Field Collections (Bucket X / early bucket)
.
Good negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills.
Must be willing to travel for field visits (within Hyderabad).
Ability to manage agencies & meet monthly recovery targets.
