Collection Team Leader

Job Description: The Team Leader Collections is responsible for managing and guiding a team of collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices. Key Responsibilities:• Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of collection executives to meet daily and monthly collection targets. • Allocate portfolios and routes to field and tele-calling executives. • Track team performance, productivity, and recovery ratios on a daily basis. • Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members. • Ensure adherence to DRA guidelines and Code of Conduct (COC). • Handle escalated customer cases and dispute resolutions. • Review follow-ups, PTP (Promise to Pay), and overdue accounts. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Train new joiners on collection processes, systems, and compliance. • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of collection receipts. • Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams when required. • Control bounce cases, NPA movement, and delinquency levels. • Maintain discipline and ethical behavior within the team.
