Collection Specialist

Job Title: AR Caller / Collection Specialist
Location: IT Park, Sector 22, Panchkula
Experience Required: 1-3 years (International BPO experience preferred)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift, 5:30pm to 2:30am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative AR Caller / Collection Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include reaching out to customers for outstanding payments, drafting and maintaining accurate documentation for demand letters and other legal correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on collections.

A background in international voice processes, especially in collections or customer service, will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand and explain account details, payment terms, and outstanding balances to clients effectively.
• Draft and document demand letters, legal notices, and other formal communications as required.
• Maintain detailed records of communication, follow-ups, and agreements for each account.
• Escalate unresolved accounts in a timely and accurate manner to the legal or senior management team.
• Collaborate with internal departments (such as legal, finance, and customer service) for case resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and compliance standards throughout the collection process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AR Caller, Collection Agent, or similar role.
• Prior experience in an International BPO or voice-based process is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in documentation and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
