Senior Dialer Analyst - Collections Location: Dwarka, Delhi Joining: Immediate About Us At SARS Pvt. We manage diversified portfolios across early-stage delinquencies, NPAs, and recovery accounts. Our focus is on ethical, compliant, and result-driven collections while maintaining the highest service standards. Role Purpose Responsible for operationalizing dialer strategies for collections portfolio by effective monitoring of floor operations & productivity metrics. Build and control dialer campaigns, monitor floor operations for dialer performance and work with operations to optimize calling for the identified accounts at the right time. Monitor all agents/staff logged into dialer system to assure staff logged into appropriate campaigns for each department group and to maximize utilization of agent productivity while logged into campaigns. Ensure timely preparation of MIS/Business reports. Incorporate changes in MIS/processes suggested by stakeholders. Recommend and implement quick improvement opportunities based on live trend analysis and observations.
