Collection Officer - Two Wheeler Loans - Soft Bkt

Role Overview: You will be responsible for allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officer (FOS) availability, as well as creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. You will review cases with FOS/Team Leaders (TL) and assign work based on disposition codes. Additionally, you will coordinate with agency resources, plan calls for better resolution, provide support to agencies on difficult cases, and ensure receipt book and Repo kits allocation and auditing are done periodically. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate portfolio to vendors based on performance trend and FOS availability - Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work based on disposition code - Coordinate with agency resources for call planning and resolution - Audit receipt book & Repo kits allocation periodically - Close agency billing within 60 days of work completed month - Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies with repo-related issues - Handle collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations - Coordinate with legal team for legal actions against chronic defaulters and enforcement agencies - Track and review BKT resolution with agency and FOs level - Restrict flow rates to the next BKT at your location - Remove non-performing FOs, recruit a fresh team, and provide training as needed - Close CRM queries within assigned TAT - Revert RCU audit queries before TAT and implement committed actions at the field level - Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agency to prevent reoccurrence - Utilize HHT 100% and submit reports to ACM/RCM regularly - Inform IT team about non-working HHT for support Qualification Required: - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Knowledge of collection/repo processes and customer service - Familiarity with legal actions against defaulters - Proficiency in handling CRM queries and RCU audits - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to train and manage a team effectively Note: Omitting any additional details of the company as they were not provided in the job description.,
