Collection Officer - Two Wheeler Loans - Soft Bkt

As a Portfolio Manager, your role involves allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officer availability. You will need to ensure adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. Reviewing cases with Field Officers/Team Leaders and assigning work based on disposition codes is a key responsibility. Coordinate with agency resources to plan calls for better resolution, providing necessary support to the agency on challenging cases. Your responsibilities also include allocating receipt books & Repo kits and conducting periodic audits. It is essential to close agency billing within 60 days of completing the work month. Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies in managing repo-related issues. Address collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations effectively. Collaborate with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and engage with enforcement agencies regarding cases filed against the organization by customers/third parties. Track and review BKT resolutions at the agency and Field Officers level. Monitor and restrict flow rates to the next BKT at the location you are handling. Identify and replace non-performing Field Officers, recruit a fresh team, and provide necessary training when required. Ensure CRM queries are closed within the assigned TAT. Respond to RCU audit queries promptly and implement committed actions at the field level within the specified timeline. Discuss receipt book discrepancies with the agency, taking steps to prevent their recurrence in the field. Achieve 100% utilization of HHT and submit reports to ACM/RCM regularly. Notify the IT team promptly if HHT is not working correctly and requires support.,
