Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Ratlam. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection process for overdue accounts, coordinating with customers to ensure timely payments, and implementing effective collection strategies. The role involves preparing and analyzing collection reports, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The Collection Manager will also liaise with legal teams for any recovery and legal processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using collection software and tools
• Ability to analyze financial and collection reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in collection management or related roles in the banking sector is preferred
