Collection Manager

Job Description

The role involves managing loan EMI collections, supervising the collection team, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The candidate should have prior NBFC/Banking collection experience with team handling exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the collection team’s daily activities
• Follow up with customers for EMI / overdue payments
• Conduct field visits and guide the team for recovery targets
• Maintain and review collection MIS reports regularly
• Resolve customer disputes and escalations effectively
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
• Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize delinquencies

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• 2–3 years of Loan/Finance/Banking collection experience
• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
• Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of collection buckets (1–6) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive incentives
