Role Overview

Collab Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with influencer
• Manage communication with influencers from onboarding to campaign execution
• Share campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely content publication
• Ensure a

  minimum of 50 valid publications per week

  (post-probation)
• Maintain campaign trackers and reporting sheets
• Coordinate with the internal Project Manager and Marketing team for campaign updates
• Maintain quality control of content being published
• Resolve influencer queries in a professional and timely manner

Growth Path

• Probation

  : First 2 weeks, with a target of 50 valid publications

• Post-Probation

  : Full Collab Strategist status with weekly targets and access to performance-based growth
• Career opportunities include Community Manager, Personal Collab Strategist, Project Manager, and beyond

Compensation

• During Trial Week: ₹100 per valid post + CPA bonuses
• Post-Training:

• Fixed Weekly Payment

  : ₹4,000/week (on meeting 50-post target) or on the cost per publication model

• CPA Bonuses

  as applicable

• Post Incentives
