Role Description

You’ll be the bridge between creators and brands, ensuring every campaign is impactful and well-executed.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Connect with influencers (leads will be provided)
• Negotiate and build relationships across niches
• Match influencers with brand campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Coordinate onboarding and campaign walkthroughs
• Stay updated on viral trends, reels, formats
• Maintain and update influencer databases

Qualifications

• Freshers or students looking to break into influencer marketing
• Creators looking for backend brand experience
• Anyone with strong communication & trend awareness
• Minimum 3 hours/day availability

Training and Onboarding

Monday: Video Training + Quiz

Tuesday: Work doc + Live Call with Head of Education

Wed–Sat: Start Trial Work (Target: 3 valid posts)

Next Week: 3-Day Live Training → Probation Phase

Compensation & Perks

Trial Week:

Probation (Week 2–3):

Post Probation:

• Fixed: ₹4,000/week (on 50 valid posts)
• CPA Earnings (no cap)
• Referral Bonus: Up to ₹7,500 per referral
