Job Description

About Us- Dezy It builds human-like AI for healthcare (DIVA 360°) to improve patient outcomes and reduce admin workload.


Role- We’re looking for a Cold Email Marketing Intern to help us connect with top healthcare leaders.


In this role, you’ll- Identify the right prospects in hospitals, clinics and healthcare networks


Craft compelling cold emails that resonate with decision-makers.


Optimize campaigns to improve open rates, responses and booked meetings


Experiment with messaging, personalization and automation tools


Work closely with our growth team to fuel the sales pipeline


Research and build high-quality prospect lists (ICP: Directors/VPs Admin, Ops, Rev Cycle, CMIO/CIO, Clinic Owners).


Write and A/B test cold emails, subject lines, and follow-ups (plain-text, short, conversational).


Set up, launch and monitor campaigns in tools like Instantly/Woodpecker/HubSpot.


Personalize at scale using snippets and micro-insights (recent posts, news, tech stack).


Track deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm up in inboxes and manage sending domains.


Measure and report: Open, reply, positive response, booked meetings.


Collaborate with Growth on messaging, offers, and sequences; hand off qualified replies to Sales.


What You Bring- 

Strong writing chops (clear, concise, humane engaging)


Familiarity with cold email tools and list building (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn).


Basic understanding of deliverability & sequencing best practices.


Data mindset: comfort with spreadsheets, UTM tagging, and simple analysis.


Grit + curiosity: you test, learn, and iterate fast.


Nice to Have- 

Experience targeting healthcare (providers, clinics, health systems).


Copywriting/Direct-Response background or portfolio of emails.


Basic CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce).


Location: Remote.

Type: Internship (10–20 hrs/week)
