What You’ll Own (along with everything growth)

• Demand Gen:

  Run Meta & Google ads, OTA boosts (Airbnb, Booking, Agoda)

• Listings Optimization:

  Collaborate across teams to sharpen listings across platforms

• Lead Funnels:

  Capture, nurture, and convert leads via DMs, WhatsApp, email, and ads

• Dynamic Pricing:

  Manage Pricelabs/Wheelhouse or smart manual pricing strategies

• Calendar & Occupancy:

  Optimize cross-platform sync to avoid overlaps or gaps

• Direct Booking Stack:

  Help build our future booking engine & CRM

• New Supply Support:

  Run GTM for new properties alongside the acquisition team

• Partnerships:

  Create stay collaborations with colleges, retreats, corporations, and events

• Growth KPIs:

  Track CAC, ROAS, conversion, occupancy, RevPAR, NPS & reviews

What You Bring

• Proven experience in

  short-term rental (STR)

  growth
• Solid experience in

  performance marketing + OTA strategy

• ₹1 Cr+/month booking generation track record (or close!)
• Skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pricelabs/Wheelhouse, Google Sheets, Notion, and CRMs
• Strong

  copy, conversion, and offer design

  sense
• First-principles thinker, hands-on builder, fast executor, zero-fluff mindset

Bonus Superpowers

• STR cohost/superhost/manager experience
• Content creation skills (video, reels, UGC, ads)
• Goa/Kerala/Karnataka travel insights
• Can invest up to ₹10L in the venture (working capital only, eligible for interest-based returns)
• Hospitality/OTA/startup background
• Storytelling abilities that close the sales loop.
