Chiefex is a cutting-edge all-in-one cloud ERP software designed to streamline business operations. Our software aims to solve business challenges such as repetitive tasks, data duplication, and lengthy process flows. With a focus on the SME segment, Chiefex provides a simple, self-explanatory, and affordable solution that grows through strong customer referrals and regular updates. We are early revenue and in process of seed funding round. We are looking for serious & committed CTO to enhance product to ensure its growth, pre & post funding.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cofounder - CTO at Chiefex.com. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technology vision and implementation, leading the development team, and ensuring the scalability and security of our ERP software. Day-to-day tasks include managing product development cycles, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, and driving innovation. This role is located in Thane with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Should have entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and risks

Qualifications & Experiance

• Able to own complete product development
• 5+ years of development experiance in MEAN stack
• Expertise in various API integrations, software architect
• Strong understanding of DSAs
• UI/UX experiance
• Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS/GCP), APIs, microservices, CI/CD
• Awareness of AI/ML fundamentals or willingness to collaborate with experts,
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to drive technology decisions
• Efficient Communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in conducting and utilizing Research to inform technology developments
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading tech teams
• Experience in ERP systems and a solid understanding of SME needs is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Must be around Mumbai
