Role Description

We are seeking dynamic personality to strengthen our Business Development activities.

Must be a recent management graduate/post graduate and have passion to be part of startup.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Thane. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for potential clients, maintaining a pipeline of leads, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

You will be right candidate if business management is your passion, you love to talk & meet people, understand their technical problems and offer a solution. You should also be ready for intercity travel, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop SOPs and protocols.
  • Identify potential customers, nurture the leads and close.
  • To be a single point of contact for customers and ensure repeat orders
  • Develop a effective referral and channel partner program.
  • Supervise marketing and sales automation to ensure monthly leads.
  • Look after brand building practices and contribute wherever possible.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business or Mass Media.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP software solutions is a plus
  • Tech savvy with various ideas of sales and marketing automation.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in the field.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Should be ambitious, have patience and ready to take risk.
